Co-Owner

Justin Sutton is a Co-Owner and Founder of Sutton Systems, L.L.C. Born in Paducah, KY, but raised in Fort Mill, SC with strong ties to the southern Indiana area still today. Justin is an avid golfer and former Golf Professional in the golf capital of the world, Myrtle Beach. Time spent serving in the United States Marine Corps, misc. Sales gigs, and construction jobs throughout his early to mid-20s left him with an array of knowledge when approaching real estate and helping people.

Fast forward to today, Justin spends his time growing and developing the business to help others reach their financial goals, enjoys time spent with his lovely wife (and co-owner) Annika + their three dogs, Chester, Charlie, & Carly as well and competes in various competitive golf tournaments throughout the state.

Annika Sutton is a Co-Owner and Founder of Sutton Systems, LLC. Although she was born and raised in Germany, she went over the big pond in 2016 to start her US adventure as an au pair in Connecticut and later South Carolina, where she eventually met her husband Justin. Annika studied multilingual communication in Germany until she changed her path with Justin and entered the Real Estate space, and she hasn’t looked back.

Whenever she isn’t working on real estate solutions and assisting investors in achieving financial freedom, she loves spending time with her family and dogs. She grew up fostering dogs and still actively volunteers in local animal rescues to help save pups around the greater Charlotte area.

Riley Madison

North Carolina Sales Agent

Charhonda Crawford serves as our South Carolina sales representative. Raised in Charlotte, NC, since the age of three, Charhonda has a deep passion for helping others. A dedicated wife and proud mother of two, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and reading in her free moments.

Charhonda studied Clinical Massage Therapy at the Southeastern Institute of Charlotte and dreams of furthering her education at Quantum University to become a Holistic Health Practitioner. Real estate has always been a significant passion of hers, providing an opportunity to not only support others but also to create a better future for herself and her family.

Riley Madison is Sutton Systems North Carolina’s Sales Agent. Born and raised in the Foothills of the Appalachians in Lenoir, North Carolina she has grown up with a great appreciation for her state and its beauty. She is an alumni of Appalachian State University where she earned a B.A. in Philosophy with a minor in Business. Upon graduation, she moved to Greenville, NC to be a full-time musician for two years. During this time, she traveled the East Coast becoming very familiar with areas such as Little Washington, Wilmington, and the Crystal Coast. 

If she isn’t traveling, Riley spends time with her friends, family, and fur babies. She still loves singing and plays an occasional gig every once in a while. She is also a dance teacher at her mom’s dance studio, Rhythm on Main, in Lenoir, NC. Her goal on this team is to create lasting relationships with her agents while looking for the best solutions for their sellers.

Ryleigh Rhodes serves as our office manager. A native of Fort Mill, SC, Ryleigh is a recent high school honors graduate currently pursuing a degree in psychology and criminology, with the goal of becoming a forensic psychologist. She is highly proficient in a wide range of technological tools and content creation, applying her expertise to ensure seamless operations and support the behind-the-scenes functions of the team.

When she isn't editing content or organizing files, Ryleigh is passionate about cheerleading, fitness, and spending quality time with friends. She enjoys the company of her dog, Mel, and cherishes the close-knit relationships she has with her large, energetic family.
