Q: If i choose to invest with Sutton Systems, How will my money be protected?

One of the most important questions we get is how someone's money is protected when working with Sutton Systems. The #1 way we secure all funds is against the property itself through either a 1st or 2nd lien position, depending on each investor's risk tolerance/resources OR an operating agreement for our Tier 3 partners. The second way we do this is through our CCC: “Constant Clear Communication”. This ranges from progress reports, written updates, financial breakdowns and projections, as well as insight to what roadblocks we encountered and overcame to complete every project. Not to mention every lender has my personal cell phone, I assure you that if you call…I will answer. We want to give you the peace of mind knowing that your money is working FOR you.

Q: How are the funds held?

All funds are sent directly to our local attorneys who will disburse funds in line with the specific terms of each investor's deal. NEVER send money directly to an investor; we advise all real estate transactions are done with an experienced attorney that both parties adhere to.

Q: What is the average ROI (return on investment)?

Most investors earn 20%+ per property after factoring in appreciation benefits.

Q: How long does it take to get my money back?

We ask that all investors understand that these are long term, 5+ year, commitments BUT sometimes it makes sense to sell the project before then, in which case we do and split all profits accordingly.

Weekly or Monthly reports are provided as part of our service to ensure you have a complete breakdown of where we are with the project currently, what we are doing/plan to do with it and when we expect to complete the project.

Sutton Systems focuses on low interest rate (less than 4.5%) rapidly appreciating SFH.
